Summit Preteen: Ark Encounter Trip

Summit Preteen is visiting the Ark Encounter in Williamstown, Kentucky on March 20-21.  This is a student/parent bus trip that involves an overnight stay in a local hotel on Friday night, March 20. We will visit the Ark Encounter on Saturday, March 21, and return back home on that same day.

Each preteen student will need to have a parent or grandparent join/register with them, preferably of the same gender. If this is not possible, please reach out to Pastor Chuck, and we will do our best to accommodate. There will be 4 people to a hotel room (two students, and two parents).

Tentative Schedule

Friday - March 20
1:00PM - Leave from Summit Church
6:30PM - Dinner at local fast food (self pay)
7:30PM - Check-in to hotel
9:00PM - In rooms, lights out

Saturday - March 21
7:30AM - Breakfast at hotel
8:45AM - Check-out and leave hotel
9:00AM - Arrive at Ark Encounter
12:00PM - Lunch on site
3:00PM - Leave Ark Encounter
5:30PM - Stop for dinner (self pay)
6:15PM - Head for home
8:30PM - Arrive at Summit Church

Registration cost per person: $65
Registration deadline: FEBRUARY 28

Your registration covers transportation, entrance into the park, snacks on the bus, hotel stay, along with breakfast and lunch on Saturday. There is a limited number of seats on our bus, so register soon!
